Reduced Services

The U.S. Embassy Consular Section in Libreville will be offering reduced services Friday, August 4, 2023, through Monday, August 25, 2023.

No routine American Citizen Services (consular reports of birth abroad, first time or renewal passport applications, or notary services) will be available.

Regular operations will resume on Monday, August 28, 2023.

U.S. citizens in Gabon who require emergency assistance during working hours should contact the Embassy via e-mail at LibrevilleACS@state.gov or call +241 11 45 71 00.  U.S. Citizens who require emergency assistance after hours should call +241 77 38 01 71.
